This 2012 report provides an overview of patients' experiences with their primary care providers across Puget Sound. The study targets 40 medical groups with clinics in 156 locations. Impressively, Bastyr Center for Natural Health Clinic ranks the highest overall for timeliness and communication. Additionally, the Bastyr clinic received the second highest overall rating for politeness, the third best overall rating, and the top rating for above average scores from patient experience surveys.
