Paul N. Morin, D.C
Past President, National Board of Chiropractic Examiners
Dr. Morin received his BS in Biology from Bates College in 1981 and then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1984. He has been in private practice in Maine since earning his DC degree. In 1996, Dr. Morin was appointed by Maine’s Governor to serve as a member of Maine’s Chiropractic Licensing Board and he is currently the chairman of the Board.
Dr. Morin was the District III Director of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners until 2018. He served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for eight years.
In 2007, after taking a preparatory course through the University of Wisconsin, he successfully passed the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) examination to become a Registered Parliamentarian (RP). He served as President of the Maine Association of Parliamentarians and is a current member-at-large of the New England Association of Parliamentarians and the NAP. He has served as the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board’s Parliamentarian since 2008. He currently serves as the parliamentarian to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
He is a member of the Maine Chiropractic Association and received the Maine Chiropractic Association’s Legislative Award in 1999, the President’s Award in 2000 and the Chiropractor of the Year Award in 2009.
